From our customer’s initial enquiry we normally prepare a Proof layout based on their specific instructions, this is free of charge and without obligation. At this point the layout is free to be altered in any way until the customer is completely satisfied with it.
We then quote for supply and Engraving of the piece (again free of charge) and once the customer is happy to proceed, we set about producing the finished article and finally deliver it safely to our satisfied customer.
